Police have appealed for witnesses as they investigate a collision which claimed the life of a young Devon man.
The 20-year-old from Kingsbridge was flown to Derriford Hospital in Plymouth following the accident on the A3122 at Blackawton but died of his injuries. The crash happened at the junction for Woodlands Adventure Park near Totnes at about 11.30am on Saturday, January 31.
A 31-year-old woman and her four-month old daughter were also involved in the accident and taken to Torbay Hospital. The woman was later released with minor injuries and the child was not injured.
A 41-year-old local woman and her 13-year-old son were treated at the scene and released.
Police are are appealing for witnesses to the incident, which involved three cars.
Officers from the forces' serious collisions unit are asking anyone who saw a green Volkswagen Polo being driven in the area of Woodlands, heading towards Totnes, to come forward.
