A woman from Cullompton is to face trial at Exeter Crown Court accused of claiming benefits when she was not resident in the United Kingdom.
Ann Donaldson, aged 53, of Rowes Orchard, Cullompton, is alleged to have carried out the offence while she was living in the Teignbridge council area between 2010 and 2012.
Judge Francis Gilbert, QC adjourned her case to a plea and case management hearing in March and set a provisional trial date for July 1.
