A man from Tiverton has appeared at Exeter Crown Court accused of the sexual touching of children.
Grant Spowart, who is in his 40s, did not enter a plea at the short preliminary hearing before Judge Francis Gilbert, QC, who adjourned the case and granted him bail.
Spowart, of Bampfylde Street, Tiverton, is facing six charges of sexual touching.
The Judge set a timetable for the exchange of prosecution and defence papers an adjourned the case to a plea and case management hearing later in the year.
