From firefighters to shop staff, people in Dawlish are happy and they know it.
And to prove it they've joined an online craze by making their own video to Pharrell Williams' hit song Happy.
The video (above) was the idea of Caz Steffens, of The Snooky Trust Charity in Dawlish, who had no trouble persuading people across the town to throw some shapes on camera while miming along to the song.
Caz said: "After the awful year we have had, the horrific storms and losing our railway we wanted this year to end on a high. I was on the Independent on Sunday Happy List 2014 so I decided to make a happy video to cheer up our town and make the people who visit Dawlish smile."
The video has already been watched more than 4,000 times on YouTube in just four days.
