Rob Baxter has made sweeping changes for Exeter Chiefs' European Challenge Cup clash with Connacht on Saturday.
The head coach has brought in 12 new players from the side that went down to a last-gasp try in the 30-24 defeat at Bayonne last week.
Jack Nowell, who this week celebrated a return to Stuart Lancaster's England set-up for the Autumn Internationals, is the only back to retain his place, with the likes of Chrysander Botha, Matt Jess and Gareth Steenson coming in.
Moray Low and Don Armand are the only forwards to survive the cull, with Jack Yeandle coming in to skipper the side.
Forwards coach Rob Hunter was happy to take a bonus point back from France, but admits a win is a must on home turf.
"You have to get points wherever you can get them in this competition. Points away from home are important and I imagine that will be very important to us," said Hunter.
"But you always want to play well at home and we have had a real attitude about us this year at home. We love playing here and the crowd are so supportive, even when we lose, it is a very special place to play rugby, so we are hoping to put on a bit of a display."Exeter Chiefs side to face Connacht: Botha, Nowell, Slade, Hill, Jess, Steenson, Chudley, Moon, Yeandle, Low, Armand, Welch, Ewers, White, WaldromReps: Taione, Sturgess, Francis, Naqelevuki, Horstmann, Lewis, Whitten, Vainikolo
