Sunday's meeting at Exeter Racecourse has been abandoned due to a waterlogged track.
The race day was to be dedicated to the military charity South West Salute with all serving military personnel and a guest eligible for half price entry.
However after an inspection this morning the officials took the straight forward decision to cancel the race.
