Chrysander Botha, Fetu'u Vainikolo, Ceri Sweeney, Sireli Naqelevuki, Brett Sturgess and Elvis Taione are all in the squad, backed up by familiar faces such as James Scaysbrook, Jack Arnott and Carl Rimmer.
Pat Phibbs and Jerry Sexton have both been handed an opportunity to impress, while No. 8 Sam Skinner will captain the side as the Chiefs look to build on their 42-7 thumping of London Welsh last time out.
