A Royal Marine officer from Lympstone has completed the Ironman 70.3 World Championships in Canada.
Ryan Kestle, 32, took part in the event at Mont Tremblant after securing 10th place in the 30-34 age group qualifier at Exmoor earlier this year.
The race involved swimming, cycling and running a combined distance of 70.3 miles.
Kestle completed the race in 4hrs 34mins to finish 99th in his age group and 480th overall.
