A Level students from Stover School, Newton Abbot have once again achieved some excellent A Level results across the board. Andra Zaharia (A* Maths, A Further Maths, A Physics), Charlotte Killick (A* Biology, A Chemistry, B Physics), Kelvin Wan (A Maths, A Chinese, B Psychology) and Kimmi Wu (A Maths, B Physics, B Chinese, C Chemistry) stand out from the crowd but, in a mixed ability school like Stover, the success stories are often hidden away behind the headlines.
"In a small school like ours you get to know each student very well and results day becomes an emotional time for teachers as well as students and parents! Congratulations to everyone on what they have achieved and on their hard work and commitment, and thanks to my colleagues for all their excellent teaching and for 'going the extra mile' so often," said Acting Principal, Dr Jeremy Stone.
