Breaking: Traffic building on M5 near Exeter after serious accident

Commuters are facing traffic delays this afternoon after a serious collision on the M5 near Exeter. Two cars have hit the central reservation at 16:52 in the collision that also involved an HGV. The M5 northbound is now closed and slow traffic is building on the M5 between J27, A361 (Tiverton) and J26, A38 (Wellington), because of the incident.
