Drivers are facing long delays as two sets of roadworks take place on the A380.
A traffic convoy system, using one lane and with 20mph restricitions, is in place on the A380 southbound for many miles from the B3192 to the B3195.
It has been causing delays for drivers, with reports of tailbacks to Telegraph Hill.
Once drivers get by those roadworks, there is a 30mph restriction at Newton Abbot on the approach to the Penn Inn.
The roadwoks come as drivers attempting an alternative route are also finding delays on the A38. Average speed cameras are in place to make sure a 40mph limit is being followed. Delays are expected until July.
