A man has appeared in court where he pleaded guilty to stealing a bath.
Owen Quinn, 26, from Main Avenue in Torquay, stole the cast iron bath worth £150 the day before Valentine's Day 2014.
North and East Devon Magistrates' Court sitting at Exeter Magistrates' Court heard the offence took place in Exeter and the bath belonged to victim Samia Hussain.
Quinn, who pleaded guilty, was conditionally discharged for 12 months and ordered to pay £150 compensation.
He was also ordered to pay £85 costs.
