A fire safety officer attended the new bowling alley complex in Exmouth to investigate whether there was a gas leak.
Police contacted the fire service who attended at around 3.30pm yesterday, Sunday, January 20.
People were temporarily evacuated from the premises when the officer from Middlemoor Fire Station carried out a detector test for propane - none was found.
