CITY Vets in Heavitree Fore Street has been granted planning permission by the city council to operate as a 24-hour veterinary hospital.
Planning officers said they felt that as the property is detached and is sufficiently far away from residential properties it would not to give rise to undue noise from the stabling of animals overnight. They also welcomed the fact there is ample parking.
