Two men have appeared at Exeter Crown Court accused of dealing in crack cocaine in Bideford.
Terence Peter Taylor, aged 53, and George Taylor, aged 21, both of Newbridge Close, Bideford, are both charged with possession of 1.43 grams of crack cocaine with intent to supply and simple possession of cannabis.
Judge Francis Gilbert, QC, set a timetable for the progress of the case and released both men on bail.
