A woman suffering an asthma attack was one of three people rescued from a lift in Exeter this afternoon.
Emergency services were called to a building on Grendon Road, Exeter at 15:46 today after a lift had broken down.
Two fire engine from Danes Castle and Middlemoor attended.
Crews arrived on scene and got to work making access to the lift car which was stuck between the 1st and 2nd floors.
An Ambulance was requested for the woman suffering from an asthma attack.
Crews administered oxygen therapy prior to the arrival of paramedics, once access had been gained and all persons were released from the lift.
