Emergency services rushed to the scene of a collision in Exeter on Sunday lunchtime.
Two vehicles were reported to have collided outside Toys R Us, at Bishops Court Industrial Estate, Sowton, at 1pm.
Police, fire crews and paramedics all attended the collision.
A spokesman for the fire service said one appliance from the nearby Middlemoor Exeter station attended.
A spokesman said: "Fire crews confirmed a two vehicle road traffic collision.
"All persons were free and clear of the vehicles upon the arrival of the fire service.
"Fire crews made the vehicles safe and left the incident in the hands of police and ambulance."
The extent of any injuries is not yet known.
