Three men have been cleared of raping an 18-year-old care leaver after telling a jury she agreed to have sex with all of them. Warehouseman Tomasz Lipinski, chef Gulam Choudhury and hospital worker Zulkodor Ali were found not guilty at Exeter Crown Court after telling how they have suffered abuse in the streets as a result of the false allegations. The men were acquitted after giving evidence that the girl had been dirty dancing in just her underwear and had been drinking and taking drugs before agreeing to sex. Lipinski said the girl had waited for him while he went out to buy contraceptives at 4.15 am, Ali said she had led him into a bedroom and had sex on the floor and Choudhury said she forced him to have sex with her. The three men had all been on trial accused of gang raping the girl in Choudhury's home in Bonhay Road, Exeter, after plying her with lager, vodka, cannabis and lines of amphetamine. They had picked her and two friends up at the Golden Horn kebab shop and bought alcohol before embarking on two impromptu parties at bedsits belonging to two of the girls. The others had dropped out but the alleged victim had gone back to Choudhury's home where they all had sex with her. She told Exeter Crown Court she told them to stop and made it clear she did not want it but they held her down. She claimed Choudhury told her 'you work for us now'. Lipinski, aged 25, of North Lawn Court, Zulkodar Ali, aged 41, of Salters Road, and Gulum Choudhury, aged 39, all Exeter, all denied raping the girl in August 2012. They were all found not guilty and discharged. Choudhury was not in the dock to hear the verdict because he failed to appear for the final day of his trial and told his defence team he had suffered a panic attack. During the trial the three men told how they are all mixed martial arts enthusiasts who had met at a gym and gone on to get a kebab when they picked up the girls in the kebab shop. Lipinski said the girl had been a willing participant. He said:"It was a mutual thing. She wanted sex and so did I. I knew she wanted to have sex with me." Ali denied forcing the girl to have sex. He said he had gone upstairs in Choudhury's house and met the girl who had taken him into a room and had sex with him willingly. He said:"I did not rape her. It is not my thing to do. I know she has made a complaint and I cannot change that. I did not do anything wrong. This is not right. I hope nobody has to go through what I have been through. "I had sex with her on the floor. She took me into the room. It was all down to her. She was talking to me and I spent time with her. I did not force her to do anything. "I am not that kind of person. I never, ever did that. She had sex with me full well 100 per cent consenting. "This is embarrassing me. I have a big and respectable family. I cannot explain to them what is going on. My life is over. I never did that. I am not a monster. What is happening here is really horrible." Choudhury, who was separated and living on his own at the time, said the girl had kissed him and touched him earlier in the evening but he was not aware of the other two men having sex with her when they got back to his home. He said:"The girl had everything she wanted. She used us and abused us and look where we are now. We are humiliated and have lost respect. You don't know how hard it is when people stop me in the street and say things. "All I ask is for other people to have to live my life and they will feel what I feel, with people saying things to them when you walk around Exeter as a dark person. "She knew what she was doing. I have got kids and family. It is not fair. She is going to get away with all the damage she has done. She followed us. She forced herself on us. She wanted to come to the house. "I did not force her in any way to come back. I just wanted to chill out. She was a very entertaining lady and we were having a laugh. Why not? I'm single. "She came with me and then went off with my mates. She said she liked me and thought I was cool but that was not very loyal or nice. "She was the one who was lap dancing. She has invented this problem. I have not done anything wrong. This woman has tried to destroy three men's lives, their jobs, their careers. "I did not rape her. I would not do anything like that. I am a very proud man, especially with women. I don't need to do that. That's the truth. She made me have sex. Whatever happened was by her consent."
