A fire crew from Exeter was called to the public toilet on Blackboy Road, Exeter, this afternoon where a man and his dog were locked inside.
The fire crew used small tools to gain access to the toilet block and release the person and pet inside.
The incident happened around 1pm. The identity of the person who was trapped is not known.
