Paul Tisdale admitted he was disappointed with Exeter City's first half performance in their 2-1 win over Dagenham & Redbridge on Saturday.
The City manager said his team's play was too slow in the first half, but admitted a few changes and words at half-time produced a much better second half display as City came back to win.
