Emergency services are currently on the scene of a collision that has left a motorcyclist with serious injuries.
The male driver of a Honda motorbike has been seriously injured in a collision with a Citroen van on Hennock Road in Marsh Barton.
Crews were called to the scene at 1:45pm today.
At first the road was closed for the air ambulance to land but the driver of the motorbike, a man from Exeter, will now be taken to RD&E by land ambulance.
The injuries have been described as serious by police.
