A misty, foggy morning with some low cloud is expected to give way to a fairly dry day across Devon, with some sunny spells appearing out of the clouds.
Most places are expected to stay dry, with variable cloud as the areas of patchy mist lift.
A light breeze is expected to cool what is forecast to be a generally warm late September summery feel to the day.
Temperatures are expected to reach a maximum of about 18C – 20C , with visibility good.
Later, the evening will bring a mainly dry night with light winds and some, variable cloud. There could be some localised mist of fog patches overnight.
