A car was severely damaged in a fire in Tiverton last night.
Neighbour Vincent Wilson caught the blaze on camera from outside his front door in Park Hill as the fire almost completely destroyed a Vauxhall parked opposite.
Crews were called to the blaze at 23:59 yesterday and on arrival found a car well alight.
A fire appliance from Tiverton used two sets of breathing apparatus, a hose reel jet and a thermal imaging camera to extinguish the blaze.
One vehicle was severely damaged by fire and a second vehicle damaged by heat.
Vincent, 38, a video editor and website designer said: "The heat from the fire was so intense and I could hear pops every few seconds and was worried the engine was going to explode."Watch the video below
