East Devon District Council is one of two authorities in the South West to achieve the highest rating as part of a prestigious award recognising top employers across the region.

It is awarded to just 3.2 per cent of organisations in the UK and is presented to employers who go "above and beyond" in the way they develop, support and motivate their employees.
