Devon can look forward to a week of pleasant weather, according to the Met Office.
Forecaster Mark Sidaway said that it would be 'quite a reasonable week with a fair amount of dry weather'.
"The weather has cheered up quite nicely today," he said yesterday. "It will be nice and sunny for the rest of the day, and probably all through tomorrow as well."
He said the predominantly dry weather would 'hang on through the week' but there would be 'a bit more cloud' as the week progresses.
"Cloud on Wednesday and Thursday could give the odd shower but nothing dramatic," he said. "There will also be more of a breeze as the week goes on."
Temperatures are expected to peak in the high teens and possibly hit 20 degrees.
"There will be one or two chilly nights with temperatures into single figures," he added. "There could be a touch of grass frost for the next couple of nights."
