A lorry driver has been released on police bail following a fatal road traffic collision on the Exeter-bound A38.
Following the collision on Friday, a pedal cyclist, a 58 year old local male, died at Derriford Hospital.
The driver of the lorry was arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving.
He has now been released on bail until November, 4.
A detailed investigation was carried out at the scene by Police Collision Investigators and staff from the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency.
The deceased male has not yet been named.
