A car has been severely damaged in an arson attack in Exeter.
Fire crews were called out to reports of a vehicle on fire at Westwood Lane, Longdown at 01:21am this morning. One appliance from Danes Castle attended.
On arrival at the scene crews found one vehicle well alight and got to work using two hose reels, two breathing apparatus and a compressed air foam branch to extinguish the fire.
The vehicle was severely damaged by fire, which was described as deliberate ignition.
