Vincent Forder, @30, of no fixed abode, Exeter, has been jailed for trespassing at the Ask restaurant in Exeter with intent to steal on July 3. He was given four weeks in prison. No separate penalty was added after he admitted stealing Blu-rays and food worth £69.37 from Sainsburys.
Cadel Hallen-Brown, @29, of no fixed abode, admitted stealing two blocks of cheese and a joint of beef worth £28.95, from Sainsburys in Exeter on July 3. He was fined £70 in addition to £28.95 compensation and a £20 victim surcharge.
Timothy Wakeley, @52, of Prince Charles Road, Exeter, admitted criminal damage of a wooden door belonging to the Downing Group in Exeter on July 3. He was given a six-month conditional discharge and must pay £100 compensation.
Benjamin Davies, @30, of Devondale Court, Dawlish Warren, was found guilty in his absence of driving without the proper licence or insurance and using a mobile phone when driving. His licence was endorsed with six penalty points, he was fined £110 and must pay a £20 victim surcharge.
Luke Mitchell, @27, of Spruce Park, Crediton, pleaded guilty to damaging a taxi meter and a jacket in Exeter on March 8. He also admitted stealing £20 off the same victim. He must pay fines, costs, compensation and a victim surcharge totalling £755.
Dawn Hill, @52, of Olympian Way, Cullompton, was found guilty of threatening or abusive behaviour in Exeter on March 25. She must pay fines, costs and a victim surcharge totalling £180.
Shane Brewer, @27, of Beacon Lane, Exeter, admitted stealing a packet of paints and a jumper worth £39 from BHS in Exeter on April 28. He also admitted stealing three bottles of men's fragrance from Boots in Exeter on February 14 and two model helicopters worth £49.98 on May 14 from Waterstones. He was given an eight-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months.
Toke Locatelli, @42, of Leat Street, Tiverton, admitted assaulting a female victim by beating on June 16. He also admitted assaulting a police community support officer and using threatening and abusive words or behaviour on the same date. He was given a three-month curfew and must pay compensation, costs and a victim surcharge totalling £245.
Olusegun Odubore, @37, of Westcott Way, Honiton, was found guilty of assaulting a female victim by beating on January 24. He was jailed for six weeks, suspended for 12 months and made the subject of a restraining order. He must also pay £100 compensation and £100 costs.
Simon Rickard, @41, of Arena Park, Exeter, admitted entering the Hole in the Wall pub in Exeter as a trespasser and stole a mountain bike worth £400 on March 25. He also admitted stealing an MP3 player between January 1 and January 3. He was jailed for a total of 12 weeks.
Ryan Gent, @20, of no fixed abode, admitted possession of 0.14g of diamorphine in Exeter on June 24. He must pay fines, costs and a victim surcharge totalling £120.
Aron Pollard, @21, of Bampton Street, Tiverton, admitted driving while disqualified and without the proper insurance in Exeter on June 21. He was banned from driving for six months and must pay fines and a victim surcharge totalling £145.
Sharon Jewell, @40, of Sunnymead, Copplestone, admitted drink driving. She was stopped on the A377 and gave a reading of 85mg of alcohol in 100ml of blood. She was banned from driving for 12 months and pay fines, costs and a victim surcharge totalling £360.
Ben Swalwell, @22, of Exe Street, Exeter, admitted criminal damage of a roller shutter door worth £600 belonging to the Guildhall Shopping Centre in Exeter on May 15. He was given an 18-month conditional discharge and must pay £250 compensation.
Luke Taylor, @25, of Pitt Park, Cranbrook, admitted producing 10 cannabis plants in Exeter on April 30. He was jailed for a total of 13 weeks, which included activation of a previous suspended sentence.
Ashley Bennett, @24, of Arena Park, Exeter, pleaded guilty to criminal damage of an internal door at a home in Exeter on June 29. He was given a six-month conditional discharge and must pay a £15 victim surcharge.
Nicola Stevenson, @26, of Lancelot Road, Exeter, has admitted a charge of assault by beating in Exeter on June 14. She was given a six-month conditional discharge and must pay a £15 victim surcharge.
Martin Stott, @42, of Sampford Peverell, admitted drink driving. He was banned from driving for 30 months and ordered to carry out 100 hours' unpaid work and attend alcohol-related probation sessions. In addition he must pay a £60 victim surcharge.
Nathan Ballard, @19, of Rockfield House, Exeter, admitted assaulting a female victim by beating in Exeter on May 31. He must pay £100 compensation and a £60 victim surcharge as well as carrying out 60 hours of unpaid work over the next 12 months.
