A Devon man has appeared in court accused of flashing at a group of teenaged girls in a pizza restaurant.
Loui Guinan, aged 23, of Tower Street, Bideford, did not enter a plea when he appeared at Exeter Crown Court charged with exposure.
Judge Francis Gilbert, QC, released him on bail and set a timetable for the progress of the case under which he will be expected to enter a plea in October and a potential trial in March next year.
