Plans for the student development proposed for the site of Kingfisher House/Stag House on Western Way look set to change again.
The new building, to be known as The Heritage, was granted planning permission for accommodation for 179 students in June 2011.
In April this year that number was raised to 180 - and now permission is being sought to raise the number again, this time to 203.
The footprint and mass of the building would not change; instead the developers would increase the numbers by changing the type of accommodation on the third and fourth floors from one-bedroom studio apartments to two individual study bedrooms.
