Fire crews were called to a building fire at an Exeter wood supplier yesterday evening.
One fire engine from Danes Castle fire station and one from Middlemoor fire station attended reports of a building fire at Beach Brothers, Western Road, in Exeter at 17:22.
Upon arrival, crews found a small fire in ducting leading to wood hopper.
Crews carried out a mechanical extrication of the hopper and extinguished the fire in the shavings.
