AN 87-year-old woman from Exeter is one of 300 people who have signed up to attempt to break the world record for the most tandem parachute jumps in 24 hours from one venue.
Skydive UK at Dunkeswell Airfield is behind the feat on Saturday, June 21, which is set to raise thousands of pounds for charity.
Jennifer Kellagher from Exeter, who will celebrate her 87th birthday on jump day, will be part of the attempt starting at 5am.
Jason Farrant, of Skydive UK, said: "The event was fully booked within a couple of weeks of the launch in January."
