A crash in Exeter involving a car and a school bus carrying children left two people injured. The collision on the A380 at Telegraph Hill left both drivers briefly unconscious and needing treatment by paramedics. The female driver of the car, a Ford Ka, had to be cut free from her vehicle. None of the children were understood to have been hurt. Three fire crews, ambulance and police were called to the scene on the northbound carriageway at Kennford. A police spokesman said the drivers were out of their vehicles and talking to each other when they arrived at 8am on Thursday.
