Police investigating the death of a man whose naked body was washed up on a Cornish beach have released new videos and information. The new footage has been put together for possible inclusion in Monday night's BBC Crimewatch programme. For the first time CCTV footage shows that Alan Jeal was also in Newquay, as well as Truro and Perranporth. It shows Alan getting off a bus at Newquay bus station at 8.16pm and walking around the town centre, before returning to the bus station at 9pm. He then caught the 9.15pm bus to Perranporth. Alan is also captured on CCTV in Perranporth between 10.25pm and 10.27pm. Detective Chief Inspector Dave Thorne, Senior Investigating Officer, said: "Originally we believed Alan caught the bus from Truro to Perranporth on Monday evening, but now this latest CCTV shows Alan in Newquay before taking a bus to Perranporth. "We are hoping this may jog the memory of someone who was in the area at the same time as Alan and they may recall seeing him." The eerie CCTV shows him with his hood up on the night before his body was found naked on Perranporth beach on February 25 with headphones and a sock in his mouth. He had multiple injuries to the chest, head and hand. The 64-year-old from Wadebridge also suffered significant internal injuries. There were some signs of possible drowning but police say they are still treating his death as suspicious. Police are still keen to talk to anyone who may have interacted with Mr Jeal during online gaming sessions. Police said the white Apple iPhone or iPod headphones were looped around the back of a sock and were trailing out of his mouth. Mr Jeal had recently purchased ankle weights and a weighted training vest which police are keen to trace Police are still searching for Mr Jeal's Barclays current account bank card, a Barclaycard credit card, a Nokia 1110i mobile phone, a third generation iPod shuffle and the rest of the clothing he was wearing. Linda Danielis, Mr Jeal's sister, said: "I never said goodbye or gave him a final treat of any kind. If something happened at the end where he needed help and support I was not there to help. "I want to wake up and think it is all a nightmare, but realise it is not and there is no happy ending." Anyone with any information is asked to call police on 101 quoting reference 381 of 1 March.
