The driver of a tractor has died after being crushed by his vehicle near Sidmouth.
Police, fire and ambulance services were called to the scene of an overturned tractor at Northmostown near Sidmouth at around 12:50pm on Monday May 19.
The man was in his 20s and from the Sidmouth area. His next-of-kin have been informed.
The tractor had been towing a trailer when it overturned after leaving a field in the area.
Police have closed Pinn Lane and it is likely to be closed for some time yet.
Police and emergency services remain at the scene.
