All lanes on Alphington road are now open.
Update:
The A377 Alphington Road inbound in Exeter is still closed due to a burst water pipe that happened at 5:30pm yesterday.
The public are advised to expect delays.
A diversion is in place.

Devon County Council is reporting that there is a burst water main on Alphington Road at the Cowick lane junction.
South West Water are at the scene but the council is warning a lane closure is likely.
