Update:
A stolen bus which was blocking a road at Tipton St John is understood to have now been moved.
The vehicle was stolen in the early hours of the morning from the bus station in Imperial Road, Exmouth.
The double decker bus was driven away from the bus station and abandoned outside the church on the road between Tipton St John and Newton Poppleford.
Police are appealing for witnesses to contact them on 101 quoting crime reference KE/12/2839.
