Exeter City will face Plymouth Argyle at Home Park in the quarter-finals of the Devon St Luke's Bowl.
The match will take place on Tuesday, December 3, with a 7pm kick-off.
Exeter City made it through to the quarter-finals of the competition by beating Exmouth Town 4-2 at home in the last round.
Plymouth Argyle are the current holders of the competition.
Other quarter-finals ties already arranged include Plymouth Parkway v Cullompton Rangers (to be played on December 31) and Witheridge v Torquay United (to be played on Tuesday, December 10).
