The High Court has delayed a decision on whether a mother can prevent
her seven-year-old son from receiving radiotherapy on a brain tumour.
The judge said there was "no advantage in delivering a decision today".
Sally Roberts has claimed that the treatment could do long-term harm to her son Neon, but doctors say he could die within months without it.
A hearing date has been set for December 18.
