Three Redrow South West site managers have been commended by industry professionals for the outstanding level of work on their developments in Calne, Newton Abbot and Bristol.
Together with nine other Redrow winners across the country, they are among just three per cent of site managers, out of 13,000 in the UK, to pick up a National House Building Council (NHBC) Pride in the Job 'Quality' award this year.
They will now compete with the other shortlisted candidates for the prestigious 'Seal of Excellence' awards, which are reserved for only the top one per cent and announced in the autumn.
The South West winners are Iain Stiles for Steeple Chase in Calne, Joel Anderson for The Fairways in Newton Abbot and Les Fryer for Aurora Spring in Bristol.
John Tutte, Redrow's group managing director, said: "To be recognised in the top three per cent of your sector is an exceptional achievement. These awards are testament to the pride Redrow takes in building homes to the highest quality standards. Our customers appreciate the level of craftsmanship that goes into every one of our homes and earlier in the year once again awarded us five stars in the industry's annual customer satisfaction survey."
