POLICE in the city are appealing for information following an indecent exposure.
The incident occurred between 8.30pm and 8.45pm on Sunday, May 5, and took place between the Farmers Union Public House and Bury Meadow Park at New North Road, in Exeter.
The victim, a 19-year-old woman, was walking alone when she was approached by a man who was with a group of around nine other men.
The suspect tried to block her path then took off his shirt and shorts, exposing himself.
He then made an indecent comment to the victim.
The other men then tried to block her from walking past but she managed to get by.
The group of men were all believed to be under the influence of alcohol.
The suspect is described as a white man, in his twenties, with brown hair.
Police would like to hear from anyone who either witnessed the incident.
They also need information from anyone who may know the identity of the suspect.
