Scrap metal thieves who broke into Exmouth Recycling Centre are being sought by police.
The theft from the Devon County Council owned centre on the B3718 between Exmouth and Budleigh Salterton occurred between 4.30pm on Thursday, November 22, and 7.30am the following day.
Batteries were also stolen in the incident.
Investigating officer, PC Jason Colcutt from Honiton CID is urging anyone who was in the area at the time who may have seen any suspicious activity or have any information that could assist police enquiries to contact him on 101, quoting crime reference, KE12/2720.
