Exeter was subject to an invasion by Morris dancers from all over the country this weekend.
Hundreds of dancers performed at sites across the city as part of the annual Joint Morris Organisations' Day of Dance 2013 event yesterday (Saturday).
Activities centred around dozens of locations in the city centre and quay.
The day culminated with a mass gathering outside Exeter Cathedral at 4pm.
A spokesman said: "The 40-odd sites were grouped into threes and fours, and made their way around a circuit of city centre spots, swapping groups as they go so things were as different and confusing as possible.
"All of the tour will be inside the city's Roman walls."
