The pedestrian involved in a collision on Heavitree Road is currently fighting for her life, police have said.
The woman, who was trapped between a wall and a vehicle due to the collision on Thursday 28 March, is said to be in a "critical condition".
The driver, a 93-year-old man from Teignmouth was left uninjured, whilst the 96-year-old female passenger sustained a broken arm and a slight head injury.
The Fire, Police and Ambulance service attended the scene opposite Pyramids Swimming Centre on Thursday afternoon.
On arrival the crews confirmed that there were two persons trapped in a blue Honda car and one person trapped against the wall by the car.
She sustained multiple injuries in the crash and was taken by ambulance to the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital, Exeter.
Police are appealing for witnesses to the collision and anyone with information is asked to contact 101, quoting reference 251 of 28/03/13.
