A MAN has appeared in court accused of repeated sexual assaults on women in Exeter.
Szczepan Majcherczyk 32, of Powderham Crescent, Exeter, has been charged with three sexual assaults and two public order offences.
Majcherczyk appeared at Exeter Magistrates Court this week. The first charge relates to an alleged offence on Saturday, February 16 at Exeter's Royal Albert Memorial Museum (RAMM), where Majcherczyk is accused of carrying out a sexual assault.
The second charge concerns an alleged sexual assault later the same day at around 11.30pm in Powderham Crescent on another woman. The third charge relates to an incident on Tuesday, February 19, at around 10.30pm where Majcherczyk is alleged to have sexually assaulted a woman in Powderham Crescent.
The first public order charge relates to an incident at Exeter University library on Monday, February 18. The second is concerned with an incident on Wednesday, February 20 at around 6.30pm at the Tesco Metro store, in Exeter's High Street.
The defendant was remanded in custody until his next appearance on Monday, March 4.
