Exeter City's Football in the Community Trust, law firm Kitsons and guests enjoyed an inspiring evening in the company of three Paralympian blind football players.
The evening was hosted by Mark Tyler, who asked Robin Williams, Keryn Seal and Dan James questions about their experiences in the Paralympics and how they overcame their disabilities to inspire others and represent their country.
Exeter City's senior commercial manager Mark Jenkins said: "Special thanks to Kitsons for supporting what was one of the best evenings we have had at the club, and credit to Robin, Keryn and Dan for giving up their time to enlighten us on their rise to stardom.
"We are very proud of our work in the community which is done regardless of race, age, colour, and disability and an evening like this just showcases what can be done and how the support of companies like Kitsons enables us to do this. Special thanks must go to Jamie Vittles and his team who actually go out into the community and deliver all the projects."
The event took place when Exeter City entertained Accrington Stanley on Friday evening, with the home side winning 2-0 to pick up a valuable three points in their quest for promotion.
Kitsons managing partner James Cross said: "The event was a huge success and one which Kitsons were delighted to be associated with. It was refreshing to hear first hand from Robin, Keryn and Dan James about their experiences both on and off the pitch having represented Great Britain at the 2012 Paralympics.
"They are three inspiring individuals who are using their experiences to help enthuse and motivate others to help fulfil their sporting aims and dreams regardless of what others might see as apparent handicaps.
"A big thank you to everyone who attended the event and to Exeter City Football Club for hosting what was an excellent evening, topped off with a great result for Exeter City."
