ANYONE expecting twins, triplets or even more can received advice, guidance and support at an event in Exeter later this month.
Kerstin Muggeridge, one of the organisers of Exeter Twins Club, will be leading the TAMBA Preparing For Multiple Parenthood.
It will take place on Saturday, February 16 at the Phoenix Art Centre from 7-9pm and the cost is £5 per person.
The two hour session will give practical information to expectant parents of multiples. The session will cover the prenatal period and provide you with practical tips on how to prepare for your new arrivals and how to cope during the first few days and weeks.
Topics include: your health and making the most of appointments, pregnancy and birth, bonding, organising support, planning ahead including equipment, looking after yourself, hospital and practical family life (e.g. carrying babies, how to cope with crying etc).
Attendees will receive the new Tamba Preparing for Parenthood booklet.
